What is Morpheus8?

 Morpheus8 is today's deepest FDA-approved fractional technology where the depth of fractional radio frequency is adjustable to fit the needs of individuals. In this non-surgical lifting, energy is emitted into layers of skin to stimulate the following procedures.

  • Dermal Remodeling – Dermal collagen is stimulated and remodeled
  • Subdermal Adipose Remodeling (SAR) – Helps shrinking the fat layer and fixes loose skin with no surgery required. Morpheus8 is the only available technology today that could emit energy deep down to the SAR without causing them to look too skinny.   
  • Extracellular matrix (ECM) stimulates HA creation process, rejuvenates aging skin, and reduces fine lines and wrinkles 

With multi-layer technology, the depth of laser emission could be adjusted to 2, 3, and 4 mm. (Dermis and fat layer). Through coated pins, Morpheus8 delivers RF energy without causing damaging heat to the epidermis. Instead, it stimulates collagen and elastin fiber creation around the extracellular matrix which is mainly comprises of hyaluronic acid that stimulates fibroblasts division and tightens the skin fat layer.

        Morpheus 8 pre-procedure

  • Avoid wearing heavy make-up upon receiving the treatment session
  • DO NOT take any supplement and anticoagulant at least 1 week prior to the treatment session  
  • DO NOT apply scrub or exfoliator on the area receiving the treatment session
  • DO NOT do any outdoor activity that irritates your skin prior to the treatment session 

        Morpheus 8 post-procedure

  • Apply cool compresses for at least 15-20 minutes to sooth your skin
  • Petroleum gel, healing ointment, antibiotic ointment, or beeswax are allowed to coat the treated area for 1-3 days
  • DO NOT wet the treated area for at least 24 hours  
  • DO NOT clean your face with wet tissue and/or water on the treated area for 24 hours
  • Patients are allowed to wash their face 24 hours after the treatment session
  • Always apply SPF 30 PA+++ sunscreen after receiving a treatment
  • Avoid strong sunlight for 2 weeks
  • When your skin develops a thin scab, moisturizer is allowed.
